Bradley J. Stephenson was appointed vice president, security solutions, for Diebold, Incorporated in 2009. He is responsible for the company’s security business, with focus on large-scale enterprise security sales and installations. He also leads all security-related application and project engineering teams, as well as government, retail and event monitoring security business efforts.
Stephenson has been with Diebold for 37 years, most recently serving as vice president, physical security group. Since his start with Diebold, he has served in a variety of senior management and technical positions including general manager of card systems, fire services, Nexus Software and the newly formed original equipment manufacturer (OEM) division. Stephenson led the company’s electronic security division from 1996-1999, developing security products to meet the needs of higher education, financial services and retail clients. Prior to moving to the security division’s corporate headquarters in 1995, Stephenson had more than 20 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
A West Michigan native, Stephenson earned a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Mich.
