Charles E. Ducey, Jr. was named executive vice president of North America operations for Diebold, Incorporated in January 2010. He is responsible for leading the company's financial self-service and security operations in the region, including all related sales, customer support and services infrastructure. He also leads Diebold's growing Integrated Services business and oversees global software development, product management and marketing.
Ducey most recently served as senior vice president, global development and services, and prior to that served as Diebold’s vice president and corporate controller, as well as vice president, service operations and finance for the North American Sales and Service division. He joined Diebold in 1978 and has held various field and home office positions.
Ducey received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from The University of Akron in Ohio and a master’s degree in business administration from Baldwin-Wallace College, Berea, Ohio.
